Breakfast on the go
What’s great about this sort of recipe is that you can make a large batch and have breakfast sorted for the rest of the week – so there’s no need to work for your breakie every morning. The only ingredient I would recommend doing fresh each day is the blueberry blitz. So perhaps on a Monday whip up a good batch of the individual elements and store them in the refrigerator for tomorrow and the next couple days.
Remember that the Bircher muesli oats and chia seed pudding need to be made the night before.
I would imagine that if you’re making this little recipe for breakfast you’re probably not going to melt chocolate onto the glass jar, but it did look very cool for the photos :) and very tasty and rather fun eating it off the side of the jar ;)
